• You have 7 days to return any product for store credit or an exchange, provided it remains unaltered and in its original condition.
• Please return the product with the sales receipt, original accessories and packaging. Worn or damaged goods will not be accepted.
• Prior to sending any merchandise, kindly contact us to arrange a return.
• The Guarantee & Returns Policy excludes the following:
  • We do not cover normal wear and tear, color changes, or finish discoloration.
  • Strings that have been installed on instruments are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Special or custom orders for items that are not typically stocked can only be exchanged if defective. Refunds are not available for special or custom orders.
  • Our guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser and does not extend to instruments or bows that have been altered, subjected to extreme temperatures or humidity, or damaged.
